Fender Srv Strat Serial Numbers

I am a little embarrassed to list - feel the need to explain and justify. A list: Maton Countryman 2000 or 2001 - same specs as ECW80C. These were sold through World of Music stores for a while. They have a little extra dressing than a CW80. THis one's old faithful and has probably played a couple of hundred or more gigs and is starting to look like it: ) USA Strat Deluxe 2004 - it's got the 50th anniversary plate on the back, but it isn't the special edition with the gold hardware and tweed case - just the normal one.

This is a nice guitar and it's still in good nick:) It look's a bit like Johnno's but with maple fretboard (maple's the light one right?) Yamaha APX900 - Thinline acoustic. I've been playing bands for the past 6 years and have just moved onto greener pastures in acoustic duo land. So I treated myself. I'm still getting used to this and fighting to get a sound I'm happy with amplified.

In November 2003, Fender announced that 100 Stevie Ray Vaughan “Number One” replica Strats would be made by its Custom Shop (all by John Cruz). Serial numbers, they are not serialized 1 through 100, as each guitar John Cruz makes—regardless of model—receives the next serial number in line. Serial Number: US17042296. With elegant and accurate design, pickups that can sound anywhere from buttery to raunchy, and a robust neck, Fender's Stevie Ray Vaughan Stratocaster is a fitting. Being a signature model, the Stevie Ray Vaughan Strat pays tribute to the legendary guitarist right down to the details.

B List: Ibanez Earthwood (?) acoustic with cutaway and fishman pickup. Was cheap, should have been a bargain considering solid (not laminate) top, cutaway and pickup for $600. Too bad it plays like a pig.

How it sounds is irrelevant. This has been replaced by Yamaha above and it's ultimate fate awaits! Cort 12 string acoustic with pickup - was the first electric acoustic I got (1999 or 2000) and first and only 12 string.

Sent it in for a setup a couple of years ago because of fret buzz. Came back with fret buzz. Cracked it, put it away and haven't gotten it out again. May give it another shot in acoustic duo land. Just that it means springing for a setup and a pack of strings - then there's the tuning! Yamaha plain old acoustic. Got this in 1996 for 18th birthday.
